Ventilation was very poor. Almirah, table - chair & specially the staircase were not good at all.

A lot of bed bugs make it very hard to find the hotel in a given location because it's in the corner hidden

The location was good in the heart of South Mumbai

Rooms are very small and toilets were smaller. Ceiling was leaking and water was dripping continuously in the toilet. The price was more than on other websites.

The area the property is in is good for tourism but the location of the hotel is hard to find. Even locals hadn’t any idea.

Tv didn’t work, I knew there was a shared toilet but wasn’t aware it was shared by all rooms and staff. Took over an hour one day to drop on it available. If it had a toilet in the room it would be on a par with a British overnight police cell. Although they get a blanket.

I like location and for this money in Colaba only the dormitory but this was separate room.

They gave me a small room in One Step Hostel which is in the same building. Good location for this price and no car noise. It had two fans.

If you are used to Indian standards it's all right, could be a little bit cleaner though. It's not a proper room, just a separated area from the rest of the dormitory, where you can hear when people think they have to talk on the phone late at night or early morning. Also smell and noises from nearby kitchen when people cook at night time. They switch off the pump for the water pressure and then the water pressure is very low. Light coming in from outside when people switch on the light in the night

Location is good

The staff accomodated a late check-in, which was really nice. The location was good.

Despite 24h reception being written online, we could unfortunately not leave the hotel at night anymore, but that'd have been fine. Not fine we're the bed bugs literally crawling about on sheets and towels. Bathroom was small but fair for what you pay for - calling it clean would be a stretch though.

Value for money stay in colaba. Walking distance from gateway of india.

AC was not running the tv in the room was also not running the windows of the hotel was broken and not close properly there were no any soap in bathroom no blanket offered in the by the management
